Day 48 – A picture of something you never leave the house without

I absolutely cannot leave the house without house keys and cellphone. No matter what I have to do or what else I am carrying out of the house, these stuffs will always be inside my purse. It’s like missing a hand if I don’t have them.

Day 47 – A picture of chore you dislike doing the most

I HATE LAUNDRY! I would rather do any other chore in my house, but laundry? It never ends! Even when it’s done it isn’t done.  Doing laundry sucks but I decided a long time ago that I’d rather have clean clothes than not doing them at all. Apparently, another reason why I hate doing laundry is because I hate to fold my clothes. It’s really time consuming.

Weekly Photo Challenge: Solitary

\

Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, since as members of one body you were called to peace. And be thankful. Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly as you teach and admonish one another with all wisdom, and as you sing psalms, hymns and spiritual songs with gratitude in your hearts to God. And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.- Colossians 3:15-17

My Solitude with Christ

Imagining  myself in the place of Jesus, lying there in the house where I feel safe, comforted, loved and accepted. Picturing  how much harder the decision to leave would have been if Jesus had ignored that restless  so during my solitude I usually “Get up and go out or lock my room to pray fervently  ”  and in the midst of my solitude, God is calling.

” Today, I’m not anti-social.  I’m just enjoying my solitude.”

Weekly Photo Challenge: Everyday Life

‘’ Fulfilling God‘s Purpose ‘’

I was living a life that’s filled with woe.

I was holding onto sin that I can’t let go.

Then Jesus beseeches but I said No!

I said to myself, what will it take?

Nizy, please be awake!

 ~*~

Jesus Christ for me has died.

On the cross was crucified.

But I didn’t make up my mind.

I said to myself, what will it take?

Nizy, please be awake!

 ~*~

How many glitches will arise?

Before you finally realize

God meant every word He said.

I said to myself, what will it take?

Nizy, please be awake!

 ~*~

In my sacred place I talk to Christ

I keep praying  on my own will sight

What massive gaffe do I have to yield?

I said to myself, what will it take?

Nizy, please be awake!

 ~*~

Life on earth is very fast.

Opportunity will soon past.

Only what’s done for Christ will last.

I said to myself, what will it take?

Nizy, please be awake!

~* ~

Until I realize I must give my all to Christ.

I said and pray ’’ Whatever you want Lord’’

Direct my steps and show me your way.

I saw His face smiling and said ”My child, follow my way”

I replied, I’ll take up my cross Lord and follow your purpose!

Day 46 – A picture of something you’re afraid of

SNAKE

Photo: credit to the owner

I am extremely petrified of snakes. Every time I see one, I squeal and cry. I really don’t like them!  How can I get over with this fear?

Quote to remember:

“If you are bitten by a snake, what’s the best thing to do? Remain calm, separate the poison from the rest of your body, and suck the poison out. Worst thing to do: get upset, chase and kill snake. Same when someone strikes out at you verbally. Remain calm; don’t try to strike back at the other person. Don’t let the poison spread throughout your system.”

Day 45 – A picture of someone you miss

In life, you meet a lot of people. Some you never think about again. Some, you wonder what happened to them. There are some that you wonder if they ever think about you. And then there are some you wish you never had to think about again but you do, I miss all of them. I miss those that have passed on and who are no longer with us until we meet again. I miss those who have cheered my life, for whatever reason we have lost contact with and haven’t found one another. There are those I miss just because they don’t live near me and I cannot see or spend as much time with them as I would mostly like. There are those I miss just because they had such an impact in my life but maybe they’re only there  for a short period of time. I really didn’t even know who to pick but only God knows who I really truly miss.

Quote to remember:

” The worst thing about distance is that you don’t know whether they’ll miss you or forget you.”

Deep Green for Fall

Hi everyone! Let’s add color to your nails for this fall season. I went to Wal-Mart yesterday and found this Wet n Wild and NYC minute quick dry. I really like this Nail Polishes because the colors are attractive, the names are catchy and they are quick drying.  I can’t say how long lasting they are because I change my polish far too often every other day.

Here we go…

Paint one stripe of color in the middle of your thumb. Then, paint a stripe on the left, continuing to the right. This subtly focuses the color in the middle of the nail. Remember to keep your hand steady. Don’t worry if it looks too thin — it’s supposed to. Re-dip your brush into the bottle before starting the other nail so that the color is evenly distributed throughout your nails.  If ever you miss a small spot, don’t try to fix it on your first coating as you can cover it while doing the second coating. You may have to wait 10 to 20 minutes  then apply the second coat in the same way as you did the first coat and cover up any small spot that you missed.

Paint the NYC clear nail polish as a top coat to each nail. This will give a glazing look to your nails. This will also make your nail polish long lastingWhen you’re done, take time for your nails to dry completely before doing anything else. You can watch TV while waiting. Try not to wave your arms or shake your wrists frantically in an attempt to dry your nails. This can tone down the shine in your nails.

And VOILA! You’re done! Until next time guys….

Day 44 – A hobby of yours

Hmmm… I feel like I have answered this question before but it wasn’t asked this way. Anyhow, I have several favorite hobbies but if I have to pick the most favorite it is travelling and the outdoors. I love going out to the beach with friends but haven’t done it much lately. Here is a sneak peek of my Mayumi/Panabo escapade with my jologs amoma family last year…

I wish I could travel around the world with them. They’re always in my heart, that’s for sure!
