Weekly Photo Challenge: Curves

I’ve been through a lot of curves in life. I dealt with fear, with regret, with loathing and shame, and hate… I can bend with anything but not LOVE! For, LOVE is the sun, burning down on me and I have spent too long in the cold, dark cave of loneliness.

I am passionate about LOVE. I understand the reality of God’s gift which is to love and be loved but then again some people left me  broken. So, I trust in His spiritual gifts in my life. I trust solely in His divine power.

And I also admit that I am FRAIL. Often, I am terribly frail. I am undeniably honest to that reality and in that honesty, I find it easier to embrace God’s promise of rest. God’s grace is sufficient for me; His power is made perfect in my weakness. Thence, I will vaunt gladly about my frailties, so that God’s power may rest in me.

In my creator’s arms…I can bloom like the most beautiful flower! In His garden I shepherded souls.

Everybody has skeletons in their closet, these are mine.

My delicate plants stood  strong and defiant in the midst of the winter!

 I dig a  little holes

and plant a tiny  bulbs

Cover it with soil, pull the weeds

and spray the bugs.

Down comes the rain,

and out comes the sun,

Up grows my plant,

Oh! What fun!

 ~*~

In my backyard my tulips grow

Straight and fine in a row.

I love it when it’s mizzly

and just a little drizzly

What’s Inside My Fridge?

Milk/Chocomilk (for baking, cereal and  for my diet  too 😉 ), Diet Pepsi, Diet Mtn Dew, V8 juice, Diet Sams Cola, Nestle Boost, Bolthouse Green Goodness. Mocha Cappuccino, Starbucks energy drink and Lipton white tea.

 Sausage Biscuits, Kraft Cheese, Eggs, Hotdogs/ chickendogs, Meat, Fresh Vegetables,  Butter, Fritos bean dip, Queso, Vanilla Cream, Hershey’s chocolates, Jello Rice Pudding, Pickels, Vegetable juice, Mustards, Buddy fruit juice etc…etc…

What’s Inside My Freezer?

Ice cream, Frozen Vegetables, Parmesan Enchruted Tilapia, Shrimps, Asian Express Foodies, Ihop Omelet Crisper. Etc. This list may seem boring, but all of these foods come together to create delicious meals all week long.

Day 6 – Photo of your favorite motto, in your handwriting


When things go wrong, as they sometimes will,
When the road you’re trudging seems all uphill,
When the funds are low and the debts are high,
And you want to smile, but you have to sigh,
When care is pressing you down a bit,
Rest, if you must, but don’t you quit.

Life is queer with its twists and turns,
As every one of us sometimes learns,
And many a failure turns about,
When he might have won had he stuck it out;
Don’t give up though the pace seems slow–
You may succeed with another blow.

Often the goal is nearer than,
It seems to a faint and faltering man,
Often the struggler has given up,
When he might have captured the victor’s cup,
And he learned too late when the night slipped down,
How close he was to the golden crown.

Success is failure turned inside out–
The silver tint of the clouds of doubt,
And you never can tell how close you are,
It may be near when it seems so far,
So stick to the fight when you’re hardest hit–
It’s when things seem worst that you must not quit.

So lovies  If you fall down,  don’t quit! Don’t burn out; keep yourself  fueled & aflame. Don’t quit in hard times, get back up, dust yourself off, and just keep going.
